Company

Built for the members who leave without a word.

BOMKGPL started with a pattern we kept seeing in gyms: the member who came four times a week, then twice, then not at all, and cancelled a month later, long after anyone could have reached them.

Gyms are extraordinary at the first ninety days and quietly poor at the next nine months. Not for lack of care, for lack of sight.

Owners we spoke to could feel the churn but couldn't see it forming. The signs were all there, scattered across a check-in log, a booking sheet, and a payment spreadsheet that never spoke to each other. By the time a cancellation landed, the story was weeks old and the member was gone.

We built BOMKGPL to connect those scattered signals into one view, so a gym can see a member drifting the way it can see a class filling. Check-ins feed attendance, attendance feeds churn risk, churn risk triggers a timely nudge. The same loop that runs the floor also protects the relationships on it.

We're deliberate about what we don't do. No inflated claims about prediction, no dashboards nobody reads, no data collected because it might be useful someday. Just the operations a gym runs every day, made visible and made to work together.

What we hold to

Three principles, and we mean them.

01

Catch quiet churn before the cancellation.

The cancellation is the last event, not the first. We build to surface the weeks of fading attendance that come before it, while there's still a member to keep.

02

Every plan personalized, not templated.

A member following a plan that ignores their progress is a member on their way out. Plans should move as the person moves, automatically, and under a coach's eye.

03

The floor should run itself, so staff can coach.

Check-ins, reminders, and billing don't need a human babysitter. Automate the admin and give your team back the hours that members actually feel.

Let's talk.
